Disqualification Clause
A team / player will be disqualified if it is found that they are a non-Brahmin player.
The registration / entry fee will not be refunded in such cases.
All participants must check-in at the following venue by 7:30 AM IST.

Toss
A toss will be conducted before play commences.
The winner of the toss may choose:
To serve/receive first, OR
The end of the court to play on.
The loser of the toss will exercise the remaining choice.
League/Round Matches
Matches will consist of one game of 15 points.
The side that scores the 15th point wins (no deuce).
Sides will not switch ends during the game.
No breaks will be allowed during the match.
Knockout Matches
Quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals will consist of 3 games of 15 points each.
The side that scores the 15th point wins (no deuce).
There will be no change of ends during the game.
No breaks will be allowed during the match.
The tournament organizers reserve the right to modify the scoring system at any time.
Players must not:
Cause deliberate delays or suspend play.
Modify or damage the shuttle to alter its speed or flight.
Distract their opponent deliberately.
Behave offensively or inappropriately.
Respect your opponents and the tournament officials.
Arrive at the venue on time and be ready to start your match as scheduled.
Only non-marking shoes are permitted on the badminton court.
Barefoot play is allowed. Players must remove their shoes before entering the building.
Familiarize yourself with the rules and abide by them.
MAVIS 350 shuttles will be used.
If a team or player is not present at the time of their scheduled match, a 5-minute grace period will be given.
If the team or player fails to arrive within the grace period, the opponent will be awarded a bye and progress to the next round.
No rescheduling of matches will be permitted for absent teams or players.
All match officials’ and organizers' decisions are final.
Officials will report any misconduct to the organizers, who reserve the power to disqualify teams for violations.
Each category in the tournament must have a minimum of 12 registered teams to proceed.
If a category fails to meet the minimum requirement of 12 teams by the registration deadline, the category will be dropped from the tournament.
Teams registered in a dropped category will be offered a full refund of their registration fee.
Food and refreshments will be provided to all participants and officials.
